Refund/Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of items being hand crafted after each order, we only replace items if they are damaged. Must report any size requests or damaged items with photo proof within 3 business days of the delivered date

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. Customers are responsible for shipping cost of exchange items. 

Limited time t-shirt bundles and sale items we do not offer exchanges. Please look over the provided t-shirt size chart for a reference.

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales Bogo, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.

There is no need to return defective or damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team. 

All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.
