We are a print on demand company. All products are made to order, with love. We print in house from Virginia. We don't dropship any products or outsource manufacturers for order fulfillment.
Due to the nature of items being hand crafted after each order. All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic orders may take up to 7-10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.
Orders placed Friday EST will start processing the following Monday.
Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.
We ship via USPS
Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery after order has been shipped from our location.
USPS has extended ship times due to COVID19 and the shortage on staff. Item may arrive later than normal.
When your order has shipped, you will receive another email from me which will include a tracking number that you can use to check your order status and track your package.
Shipping Address Issues
Motivate Tees WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office, not that of Motivate Tees.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we are not able to make any changes, please email within 24 hours if you notice any information incorrect. If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be refunded for all products ordered, without notice. You will not be refunded shipping costs.
USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.
